Also, there are a few more 5.3.18-59.* kernel between the working (*.10) and
(*.34). The following are available:
5.3.18-59.27.1
5.3.18-59.24.1
5.3.18-59.19.1
5.3.18-59.16.1
5.3.18-59.13.1
Could you try to install the older kernel with zypper install --oldpackage
option, and check whether the problem appears? e.g.
zypper install --oldpackage kernel-default-5.3.18-59.27.1
Narrowing down the regression range would be greatly helpful.
But, before doing the above, better to increase the installable amount of
kernels by editing /etc/zypp/zypp.conf. Add more entries to
multiversion.kernels line, e.g.
multiversion.kernels = latest,latest-1,lastest-2,latest-3,running
