After installation of OpenSuse 11.2 (with KDE SC 4.4RC3), however, still the old key combinations show off with the compose key. I compared everything I am aware of (etc/sysconfig, kdecontrolcenter etc.) with my other system, which is all identic and where the modified Compose works (the only difference is x86 vs. x86_64). It may be an X11 problem, Gnome apps (which I configured to follow XIM) don't work with the new combinations, too. I'm using the newest X11 rpms from the X11 repository. Try to type something with the new shortcuts Actual Results: They should work.
