In upstream in alsa-tools this got recently fixed. Could hdspmixer from alsa-tools head be incorporated into openSuse 11.4? hdspmixer was already broken in openSuse 11.3, so it would be nice to have it okay out of the box in 11.4 again. In openSuse hdspmixer is found in the package alsa-tools-gui. I testet this on openSuse 11.4 RC2 and 11.3. It's both on x86 and x86-64. By occaison it would be nice to push this out to the 11.4 repo. In the meantime to have it on OBS is conveniant.
