I suggest to either provide updated AppArmor packages or to remove this dependency if possible. It is sadly a hard requirement that if you're going to use AppArmor with the HEAD kernel, you're going to need an updated apparmor-parser package. I'll also look into poking the maintainer of the Kernel:HEAD project to see if they'll include a link to the necessary apparmor packages.
