When no driver was preselected internally, prepend a "Select a driver" dummy entry because the first entry in a SelectionBox is always preselected in the GUI. For this particular model no driver was preselected because neither a downloaded PPD nor a recommended PPD nor a manufacturer PPD exists. In this case YaST does not preselect a PPD because there is nothing which indicates that a particular PPD is known to work "best" so that only the user can make the decission in this case even if all he can do is guessing but then he knows at least that he only guessed which driver might work "best".
