I meant there should be an added feature that automatically configures the sound cards and activates them as well as adjust the volume according according to their setting information such as the IRQ and the like without me having to go into the 'Configure Desktop' Applet and launching 'Yast' and going to the 'Sound Configuration' and manually configuring the sound card(s) necessary to hear playback. Also the volume control in the system tray in the bottom right hand corner near the clock should also be able to automatically select which card to use without me having to manually select and the right number of input/outputs/recording devices and stuff to display and control even when you have more than 1 sound card installed like PCI 5.1 or 7.1 24 bit Sound Blaster/Sound Plaster Live with the integrated sound. (I have that one on Suse 13.2 32-bit on a different MSI Machine) I think it's an AMD Athlon XP 3000(+) processor K4VM, but it still needs to work on the other Open Suse Linux Operating Systems and Hardware also. Yes I have one. It was even difficult for 'Windows' to find this driver to via 'Windows Update' and get it working properly under a decent version of 'Windows' and that's bad. That is such a critical package that needs fixed that you can't even login to the Plasma5 session GUI upon login without getting a signal 6 or something and the computer not displaying the desktop (Kind of like explorer.exe missing in 'Windows'. so you can't even use the computer's GUI. You get a black box with a mouse and sometimes a window asking you to select another Session Manager to run (One after the other). Yes, this bug (Unless you like text mode without X) defeats my whole purpose of having Opensuse Tumbleweed installed, because there is no session GUI started. One more thing; the computer after one installation during startup was just continuously trying to start X I guess and going back to the screen were it shows if service startup, etc. were successful so it would just blink black and redisplay the Startup either OK/Failed screen (Going back and forth without showing login screen). The most annoying failed one is the virtual machine additions on startup. Hm, I have to admit I don't really understand what the actual problem reported here is. Kmix not starting at login (in IceWM) is no bug (especially not in kmix/KDE) as mentioned. The problems with Plasma5 not starting if the CPU does not support SSE2 (because Qt5 requires it) is no bug really either, and tracked in bug#1027691 anyway. The rest is not related to KDE in any way AFAICS. So I'm going to close this report as INVALID. In the future, please do report separate problems in separate bug reports, as has been written already.
