Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start a installation with autoyast with <second_stage>true</second_stage> in autoyast-xml Actual Results: Last message I can see in yast is "Activating systemd default target". yast2 terminates an you can see the messages of the services started. The system hangs there. Only a hard reset reboots the system. When yast2 exits normally and system continues afterwards it sounds much more like a systemd problem. I do not have much knowledge about these. Are you really sure you are using the updated systemd package mentioned in bnc#801878. I could not reproduce any hangs. Installation succeeded normally until screen of GUI where one could log in. The final reboot did not happen since your entry <final_reboot>true</final_reboot> is wrong, it needs to be <final_reboot config:type="boolean">true</final_reboot> same is true for other boolean entries in <general> section. In addition the version 2.23.5 of autoyast in 12.3 GA has some bugs regarding autoyast init scripts (e.g. bnc#811688 and bnc#803577) so I would suggest to upgrade your install media to version 2.23.6 of packages autoyast2 and autoyast2-installation. Similar, it would make sense to upgrade to newest version of systemd, there were also some bugfixes for this during 12.3 lifetime.
