After a member got approval it works like this: - IRC cloaks need to be applied for at freenode by our group contacts (darix, yaloki and suseROCKS) - for mail address darix sents a list to Novell's internal IS&T - for a blog at lizard beineri does everything So the current process is pretty manual and open for mistakes. If a member is approved she/he automatically receives the @opensuse.org email address as entered in users.o.o ? The sole use of HTTPS traffic no longer offers us the protection of keeping the whole project Managed by the community and assures it stays manageable!
