Today I see this page in Russian, despite the prefix en is hardly a Russian (ru.open.... is displayed in Russian too). When I log in, the language is changed to English. Is this related to this report: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=534542 ? Anyway, please fix this -- I believe it confuse any person that in English branch of the site, she/he sees non-English text.
