[Bug 1208192] Can't import numpy: libcblas.so.3 not found
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1208192 http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1208192#c4 --- Comment #4 from Stefan Brns <stefan.bruens@rwth-aachen.de> --- (In reply to Benjamin Greiner from comment #3)
The update-alternatives setup of the LAPACK and BLAS zoo probably needs a makeover.
I noticed on a fresh TW install a few weeks ago that I had to manually configure the alternative for the libraries in order to get a working numpy. I can't remember the details though, probably the same commands as Felix'.
IMHO the openBLAS libs should get a higher default priority.
Priorities do not solve the problem, it would just be hidden for the default case. See https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1177260#c11 and https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1177260#c29 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
