I doubt CPU (2.8GHz) has any effect because I tested this computer using Vista too and handling windows was rock-solid. Well, just for the record, I am not "just" complaing, I have Dell E6500 2.8GHz which is way slower than D610 2GHz (with even older chipset). However I am not sure it is the exact duplicate because in opensuse I miss drivers for this intel card (search "intel" in repo does not bring anything related to X) and rpm -qa | grep intel does not show anything either.
