The same goes for Mozilla Firefox, where this remains an issue with rust dependencies. For both packages this was announced ahead of time and found the agreement of the development community. I am afraid this situation will remain so. The number of requests for this in in no relation to the required engineering efforts, also considering the situation with people willing to maintain the i586 arch including ALL dependencies. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Are you saying that the 32bit distro comes with no web browser whatsoever?
No. I think I made statements about the current situation on Chromium and Mozilla Firefox, not about others.
What is one supposed to do in such situation?
At the risk of stating the obvious: * use one of the other browsers shipped * upgrade to 64 bit * make 32 bit work * [...] -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
