Observed on a freshly installed openSUSE 12.3 beta1 when getting additional packages. Only the default repositories (https://download.opensuse.org/distribution and update) were enabled. An error message saying "unable to parse repository" appears, but after clicking on OK, the package manager proceeds normally.
