If it doesn't do that on the other OS then it might be one of the fan problems Thomas has been tracking recently. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

Do you get a hit if you do: "grep -i crit /var/log/messages"? Can you post the line (or better whole /var/log/message contents) if you get something. Sometimes there are totally insane temperature values reported and machine shuts down. Can you also paste output of "cat /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/*/trip_points" if you found a critical temperature shutdown. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

Please answer or this will be closed. This isn't an HP laptop and you see a critical Temperature of 0 C in the logs?
