Those would seem to be workarounds, not cures for whatever it is we don't seem to have yet identified.
Nothing has changed. This is not a bug. Your console loglevel is 7. Because you have no auditd running, audit messages (from PAM) will be sent to the kernel log. Since your console loglevel is 7, they will appear on the console. If you don't want this, lower your console loglevel or run syslog, or install audit. Closing.
