The closest upstream bug I could find is https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97985 but I don't know enough to be sure that it's the same thing. Also, if it's the same as bfo#97985, you might be able to work around it by uninstalling xf86-video-intel package and use modesetting driver instead.
