gnome-terminal 3.20.2 landed in TW yesterday, once that is published (or you could get it via osc getbinaries) - could you please try to reproduce?
If you are able to reproduce with the new version, please install gnome-terminal-debuginfo (and what ever else gdb wants of debuginfo packages).
coredumpctl list should show you your crash hopefully and then run coredumpctl gdb xxxx -> produce a thread apply all backtrace and attach that here.
