Answering the questions in #17, libvirtd.service is shown in output of 'systemctl list-dependencies multi-user.target' and # systemctl list-dependencies --reverse libvirtd.service libvirtd.service ● └─multi-user.target ● └─graphical.target As with Lars' system, the /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/libvirtd.service symlink was quite old, but recreating it with 'systemctl disable libvirtd.servce && systemctl enable libvirtd.service' did not help.
