Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jnelson-suse@jamponi.net QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- evolution uses gnome-keyring but I've found no way to manipulate it in a way similar to kwallet. there is a package called gnome-keyring-manager just for this purpose, but opensuse does not include it. How does one manager keyrings for gnome-keyring without it? This is for 11.0 for also for 11.1. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

If I may suggest: please either add or replace the description for seahorse so that it includes the words 'gnome-keyring' ( so zypper search will find it ) or make it a recommends/requires for gnome-keyring? Just because it's installed by default (under which scenarios?) does not mean people won't stumble into the same problem I did.
