After configuring the vpn via Knetwork manager I try to connect, but it fails. I do not believe it even tries to make a connection. And would mind use the vpnlogin to try it? You need to start racoon service before test it, and select profile manager in vpnlogin, and note that the DH group to dh1, the PFS group to off. Then try it to connect the server with nvpn or vpnlogin. It was caused by your configuration.
