https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=835316 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=835316#c0 Summary: Firefox https failures since version 22 Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE.org Version: unspecified Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 12.3 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: 3rd party software AssignedTo: wolfgang@rosenauer.org ReportedBy: someuniquename@gmail.com QAContact: opensuse-communityscreening@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- Since i updated firefox to version 22 (also 23) i am unable to view certain https websites. For example https://webmaker.org and https://allout.org (there may be more) With all those sites firefox gives me error page instead: secure connection failed: The key does not support the requested operation. Error code: sec_error_invalid_key I already asked upstream an it seems more like openSUSE packaging bug. Relevant upstream threads: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=903870 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/968257 all Firefox versions are from official openSUSE update repo. Version 21 worked fine. Upgraded to version 22 - this bug appears and won't go away even if i downgrade back to "OSS" repo firefox version 19.0 -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

So this is not reproducible for me now and I cannot guess what exactly is/was wrong on your system. If you like to test it again please check all package versions of: mozilla-nss libfreebl3 mozilla-nss-certs libsoftokn3 I'll make this an official component Firefox bug since NSS 3.15.1 will be rolled out (or is already?) with the latest Firefox 23 update. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

(was 3.14.3) So i guess mozilla-nss v3.15.1 should require libfreeb3 >= 3.15.1 Otherwise user will get this bug when she just updates firefox. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

The "okcupid" logo is missing in the top left of the page doesn't display along with other graphics (drop down menus) from this site once logged in. The same page displays correctly in Chromium Version 32.0.1700.102 (246481). https://www.okcupid.com/ is the only site I see this issue. I made an attempt to remedy with "zypper in -f MozillaFirefox" when I noticed Firefox wasn't upgrading from v27.0, but this didn't remove the behavior. This same site displays correctly with Firefox 27.0.1 Windows. I use "Sync", so all Firefox installations should have the same Addon set.
