I gave it i try, can you please try the packages from here and report back whether they fix the issue? https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/wolfi323:/branches:/KDE:/ Qt5/
If they do fix the problem, I'll try to submit them to the devel project...

Does someone know whether or when backintime will move to qt5?
