We can include it in either the normal way "as it is" in /usr/bin/ and/or as cron job (but IMHO this just needs to be done manually) or as script for logrotate. Normally I like to go the first way and put it into /usr/bin/CleanMasonCache - but I'm not sure that people find it there and use it. Maybe another name, an additional manpage, ...
