https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=408690 User danielstefanmader@web.de added comment https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=408690#c1 Summary: some USB mass storage cameras do not get a device node Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: i686 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: danielstefanmader@web.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- I can no longer access my Panasonic DMC-LX2 (aka Leica D-Lux 3) with 11.0. It worked flawlessly with 10.3. The problem is the same on 5 different machines which have been updated to 11.0 from 10.3 so it's not a hardware issue. Other USB-sticks and an Olympus camera (µ720SW) work as expected. Also, cat /proc/scsi/scsi does not show the camera at all. Hope this will find a solution, soon :) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
