(sorry for reporting two bugs in one, but this latter is very minor.) The Problem was, that i published the needed dnssd service synchronously .So the plasma-startup, was forced to wait until the service gets published, and it crashes. I have to talk to the project owner to link against the factory project. Use instead the openSUSE:Factory repo (package kepas), or the KDE:KDE4:UNSTABLE:Extra-Apps repo (package playground-network).
