[Bug 433186] New: Ksnapshot does not "automatically select filename"
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=433186 Summary: Ksnapshot does not "automatically select filename" Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: 64bit OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Workspace AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: b.a.koenig@googlemail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- In KDE4, Ksnapshot does not "automatically select filename" at the moment. When I make a screenshot, there is a checkbox with that labeling, but it is not clickable (and I have to enter a filename myself). Ksnapshot in KDE3 had this feature of automatically selecting a filename (which is nice). Similary, the option "Include window decorations" is not clickable when I take a screenshot with Ksnapshot (KDE4). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

All screenshot clients (Windows, Ubuntu, etc...) usually do that. The kde3 version simply picks snapshot*.jpg where * is the next available number in the respective directory. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
