[Bug 1190189] New: rpm hangs on btrfsmaintainance rpm during gupdate
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1190189 Bug ID: 1190189 Summary: rpm hangs on btrfsmaintainance rpm during gupdate Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 15.3 Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem Assignee: screening-team-bugs@suse.de Reporter: dmitry.ashkadov@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Maybe similar to 1136362 but for openSuse 15.3. zypper patch hung in rpm during btrfsmaintainance update, process tree showed that scriptlet hang in systemctl try-restart <list of services>. This may happen if balance/scrub/defragmentation is disabled in /etc/ configuration file (in this case system-d service disables timers and other services). I believe it is quite critical because it stops user from upgrade and may lead to broken system if they kill zypper or reboot system. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
