Blogilo is a offline blog client that accesses the standard wordpress API. When I try it it tries to access http://lizards.opensuse.org/xmlrpc.php which fails. There are two problems that I can see with iChain and a desktop client. The first is that iChain acts as a reverse proxy for the actual blogging servers, so there is the possibility of XML-RPC having issues with that. I might have to do a little research here. The second, and bigger, problem is that we use a custom login script that works with iChain headers rather than POST information from WP's login form. I'm trying to think of some possibilities here, but so far I can't think of one that will allow you to work with iChain. Let me think this over for a day or two to see if I can come up with a solution.
