Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. In the Timezone step, click on "Change" 2. Select "Synchronise with NTP Server" 3. Enter a valid NTP server address 4. Check "Save NTP configuration" 5. Click "Accept". Actual Results: Message "ntpdate <server> failed. Revisit NTP configuration?" is displayed. Since the network is not started, of course it cannot contact the user-supplied NTP server, but it claims that the NTP configuration "needs to be revisted" instead of saying something like "NTP configuration will take effect on first boot".
