Started Emacs, opened a *.tex-file. Get error: »File mode specification error: (error "Face height does not produce a positive integer" 0.0)« AucTeX does not work, e.g. C-c C-c "is undefined" instead of starting compilation. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Emacs 2. open a *.tex file 3. Actual Results: Error message, see above Expected Results: Start of AucTeX I created a new dummy user and opened Emacs: same result. I started Emacs "-Q" (which means "clean"): same result. I loged out and in again, but with a different window manager (IceWM and LXsomething): same result. I compiled Emacs 24.2 and installed it: same result.
