Through a quick glance, the problem seems to be the device setting 8 to bMaxPacketSize0 while it's in super speed. For super speed, it should be a logarithmic value and that doesn't match with the endpoint. The patch patches.suse/USB-core-Fix-oversight-in-SuperSpeed-initialization.patch (the upstream commit 59cf445754566984fd55af19ba7146c76e6627bc) introduced a more strict check for the ep0 maxpacket size.
