Would you please take a btrfs-image dump by:

# btrfs-image -c9 <device> dump.img

Done.

This need the fs to be unmounted. And upload to the R&D network server.

I don't know where this server is or how to access it. Can you tell me more about it so I can do this upload?

And since the fs needs to be unmounted anyway, a btrfs check may also help.
