In this excercise a DNS zone was created for DNS forwarding to the ISP and the values for the entries were taken from a DNS report on the ISP and the values were cut and pasted from this report. Only the serial number is unable to be modified. I do not know where it establishes it serial number from when the correct NS records are input from this report.
