https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=673579 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=673579#c13 --- Comment #13 from Jon Nelson <jnelson-suse@jamponi.net> 2011-05-02 23:15:22 UTC --- By using the Session Manager control panel thinger (under System Settings), I disabled "Network Manager User Settings Service", and told nm-applet to run at each start. After logging out and back in again, using the GNOME nm-applet, everything behaves as normal but the remainder of my desktop is KDE. I'd love to know if a fix is forthcoming for openSUSE 11.4 so I can switch back. The only workaround that works for me (while still using the KDE network manager interface), is to uncheck "networking enabled" and then re-check it (caution: not too fast or it appears to go into a loop!) and *then* wireless stuff can be turned back on. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
