Leftside keys ------------- 0x9f Acer 'e' key, not mapped. Map to openSUSE site? 0x92 'key' key, starts the screensaver. OK. ??? Contactpersons or something, can not find scancode, doesn't do anything 0xcd Refresh, doesn't do anything XF86HomePage Internet key, standard not mapped, changed it in Keyboard Shortcuts dialog from XF86WWW to XF86HomePage.Now it start a new Firefox browser on each press. XF86Mail Starts Thunderbird on my system. If thunderbird is started already it does NOT bring it to the front. 0x97 'P' key (user programmable key?), doesn't do anything. I don't now how to get the scancode for th 'contactpersons' key. In OpenSUSE 11.0 I received messages in the syslog when pressing unmapped keys. In 11.1 not. Fn combinations --------------- fn+F1 Questionmark, default not mapped, please map to 'Launch help browser' fn+F2 Pie icon or something, not mapped? fn+F3 Circle with checkbox kind of V in it, shows popup balloon at bottomright with Power Information. OK. fn+F4 Suspend, works OK. fn+F5 LCD/VGA switch not tested (hardware mapped?) OK fn+F6 Turns backlight off until starting to type again (hardware mapped?) OK fn+F7 Turn touchpad on/off (hardware mapped?) OK fn+F8 Mute, OK fn+up Volume+, OK fn+down Volume-, OK fn+left Brightness-, OK fn+right Brightness+, OK Euro and dollar sign -------------------- The euro and dollar signs next to the cursorkeys are default not mapped.
