The builds were enabled for some time.
I disable the huge builds for Firefox, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey in general to not
build and provide updates when some underlying dependency changed (to save OBS
resources and avoid unneeded updates).
The problem is that Seamonkey does not build correctly for Tumbleweed and that
is the reason why this repo still has the old version.
You mention that Leap packages are not available. I just checked and this is
not true. Just 42.3 and TW are missing the latest version because both do not
build ATM.
I've reenabled just Tumbleweed now but do not expect any change.
So the subject "Re-enable Seamonkey builds" is invalid because I will keep them
disabled until something changes always.
The report that 2.53.1 is not available for TW: That is true but enabling the
build will not change it.
