I suspect this may be a known bug (not that I personally knew about it..) According to http://wiki.linux-nfs.org/wiki/index.php/Enduser_doc_kerberos you need the "allow_weak_crypto = true" on the server, but you say it is on the client. Are you able to change it on the server and see if that makes a difference?
