Summary: egroupware.conf use of Location makes using other
egroupware location or virtual host difficult
Product: openSUSE 10.3
Version: Final
Platform: All
OS/Version: openSUSE 10.3
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Apache
AssignedTo: bnc-team-apache@forge.provo.novell.com

Found By: Customer
In eGroupWare-1.4.002-52.1 comes /etc/apache2/conf.d/egroupware.conf that
defines improtant settings for and .
These do not work when you want to have your egroupware in path other than
/egroupware (like / for a virtual host dedicated to egroupware).
It would be better to use
<Files icalsrv.php>
Script PUT /usr/share/egroupware/icalsrv.php
AddHandler ical/ics .ics
Action ical/ics /usr/share/egroupware/icalsrv.php
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Files>
<Files rpc.php>
php_value mbstring.func_overload 0
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Files>
</Directory>
So these .php files would work regardless of location.
I do not know how to apply options to specific files (rather than to all files
with the same name in subdirectories), but in this case files from
subdirectories are not executed directly but only included so there is no harm.
