That's because games OBS repository provides Xerces-c-2.7.0-2.2. The thing is that openSUSE 11.0 already provides the package libXerces-c-28-2.8.0-10.1. So Xerces-C from OBS games is redundant for 11.0... and also obsolete (and doesn't follow shared library policy). package, but prusnak is the bugowner.
