I see in factory that 00_headers was changed to practically ignore the GRUB_BACKGROUND variable... I think that is wrong...and shall be reversed... if one does not want a background image for the terminal shall not specify one... GRUB_BACKGROUND affects only the log console and the terminal.. not the background of the window... which is specified in the theme...
