https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=480550 Summary: Setting an iSCSI target to "onboot" through yast2 doesn't mount it when open-iscsi service is started Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: kamil@zymeworks.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_5_5; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.27.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.2.1 Safari/525.27.1 I expect that an iscsi target marked as "onboot" will be started when the open-iscsi service starts. However, this doesn't appear to work. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the "iSCSI Initiator" configuration dialog in Yast2 2. Discover a target, log on, make sure the service is set to "onboot" 3. Click finish, exit yast2 4. From the console, log out of all iscsi targets. eg: iscsiadm -m node -U all 5. Restart the open-iscsi service: service open-iscsi restart Actual Results: onboot target is not connected when the open-iscsi service starts. iscsiadm -m session shows no active sessions. Expected Results: onboot target is connected when the open-iscsi service starts. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
