Nice :O) Yes, exactly. When you remove the -q and --terse options, you'll
probably get:
skipping patch 'update-test-affects-package-manager' (already installed)
The question is why or how is the patch reported as needed. That would probably
be the zypper xu command, right? You will need to page or redirect the output,
as it is quite long. Or you can use zypper lu command (without --terse and -q).
But zypper (correctly) does not report the patch as needed on my machine.
How and which packages exactly did you downgrade through YaST to reproduce the
behavior?
