I did zypper dup and it was still broken. As an exercise I used the source rpm from home_plater, used rpmbuild --rebuild and the resultant rpms also gave the "invalid pointer" error.

I had to install the binary rpms from home_plater to get jackd working again. NOTHING RECENT HERE! Or in factory, all showing December dates. http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/multimedia:/libs/openSUSE_Factory/ -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 793602 Dec 27 13:03 /usr/src/packages/RPMS/x86_64/ffado-2.0.1-28.1.x86_64.rpm -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2607834 Dec 27 13:03 /usr/src/packages/RPMS/x86_64/libffado2-2.0.1-28.1.x86_64.rpm -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 7797 Dec 27 13:03 /usr/src/packages/RPMS/x86_64/libffado-devel-2.0.1-28.1.x86_64.rpm -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
