I just installed openSUSE Leap 15.3 on a new MSI Modern 14 (B10MW-486) laptop. It appears that the 5.3 kernel in Leap can not properly turn off the Bluetooth radio, or possibly a soft block is not enough to turn it off. What is even more strange is that the Bluetooth is always visible even while the laptop is in suspend-to-RAM mode or even when powered *off*. I have checked and confirmed this multiple times with multiple devices. I also booted into Windows and turned off the Bluetooth and it disappeared, but as soon as I boot into Leap it returns, even though it shows this: # rfkill list 0: phy0: Wireless LAN Soft blocked: no Hard blocked: no 1: hci0: Bluetooth Soft blocked: yes Hard blocked: no I also tested this with Manjaro and kernel 5.13, and a soft block on Bluetooth (as shown above) makes it invisible, so apparently this bug is fixed with newer kernels. I wanted to test the kernel from Kernel:/stable too, but it conflicts with "filesystem < 16". I'm attaching my hwinfo. Please let me know if you need any more information.
