Each time i start the computer it gets passed boot loader and then has a long pause when the video driver is being initialized
And how is this related to KDE? What exactly do you mean with "when the video driver is being initialized"? When exactly does the "long pause" happen? Directly after the boot loader before the boot splash is shown?
