https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=209011 Summary: ipw3945d.sh assumes killproc is in $PATH Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Alpha 4 plus Platform: All OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Network AssignedTo: jg@novell.com ReportedBy: rml@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de The wrapper /lib/udev/ipw3945d.sh assumes that killproc(8) is in the invoking user's path, which might not be true if the user is invoking the script via sudo. Indeed, modprobe(8) fails for me when run via sudo. Fix is easy and attached below. [ As an aside, my ipw3945 module needs to be removed and reloaded after a suspend and resume cycle. Is this known or am I doing something wrong? I can file a bug, otherwise. ] -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
