[Bug 1094762] Systemd timeouts while zypper dup upgrade from 42.3 - starts when old systemd package gets erased and replaced

These machines are pretty simple setups. I dont know much about snapshots. Does snapper or btrfs come into this somehow as these machines are only ext4 filesystems if I recally.
