Chipset: i45GM (Intel) The display of the notebook (LVDS) works. But when I want to use a ext. Monitor over the portreplikator (HDMI-1/DVI), the monitpr gets no signal. I checked under Windows, everything works fine. When I set up a new openSUSE 11.1, and sax2 has made a new config for x.org, the ext. monitor works with sort black screens. After booting the ext. screen gets no more a signal from DVI. - Never again. With a older Esprimo Mobile D9500 everything works fine! (other chipset) May be the newest intel-driver for x.org may help. When you need a tester, email me.
