I created anew item under spreadsheet and then had to ad an icon to it. Seems to work. Still no explaination of why Icon is not created. I did an uninstall of LibreOffice and then a new install, still no Icon. So Icreated it. Can mark as resolved if no one wants to see if it was a glitch or not.
