https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=340502 Summary: OpenOffice Calc "strikes through" row with a red bar Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: OpenOffice.org AssignedTo: eward@novell.com ReportedBy: suse-beta@cboltz.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Created an attachment (id=182783) --> (https://bugzilla.novell.com/attachment.cgi?id=182783) test file OpenOffice Calc "strikes through" the full row with a red bar if a) you hide an empty column AND b) the column left of the hidden column has overlong content that gets "cut off" with a overflow marker (red triangle) A screenshot and a test file are attached. It took me some time to find out what happens, but here is the reproducer: - create a new calc document - enter "a very long text that gets cut off" in A2 - enter "some text" in C2 - leave all other cells (especially B2) empty - make sure the text in A2 is cut off and displays the overflow marker; if needed, reduce the width of column A - hide column B Result: The complete row is stroke through with a red bar. Expected result: a normal overflow marker in A2 (Interestingly, this bug does not appear if B2 is not empty.) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
